The Dark Elves are a minority of descendants of Ogariths from houses less noble than that of Danreb.
Not having been chosen to rule, they allowed themselves to be convinced to join the forces of Durtal; they lost their wings and their eyes are black as night.
POLITICAL STRUCTURE:
Since their allegiance to Fulk Arken they have dwelt in a tiny territory in the Extreme West behind the Great Red Wall and are ruled by a single prince.
Their task is to watch over the Humans but above all to spy on the Magus residing on the island of Angwë.
